The Chat with Shopper feature is available for Walmart.com delivery orders at select stores. You’ll get a notification when your order has live shopping available.
To access the chat:
- Select View Order
- Select Chat with Shopper
Use chat with your shopper to:
- Communicate in real time.
- The shopper can share product images in real time.
- You can view the images during the chat but can’t download them.
- The shopper can share product images in real time.
- Approve or decline substitutions.
- Track your order.
